Cockington Primary School

Grown-ups joined their children for a shared reading session, which promotes literacy skills through discussions and questions about the story.

Eden Park Primary School

The children were invited back to school in the evening for Bedtime Stories. They listened to a story read aloud by their teacher, whilst sipping a hot chocolate and wearing their cosiest pyjamas.

Eggbuckland Vale Primary School

Nursery took part in fun activities related to The Three Little Pigs story. The children huffed and puffed through a straw to create beautiful bubble art!

Leigham Primary School

As part of Book Week in school, the children requested donations of pre-loved books to replenish the library. Thank you to the families and community for their kind donations.

Manadon Vale Primary School

The Reception classes donned costumes and enjoyed activities themed around The Very Hungry Caterpillar story by Eric Carle.

Preston Primary School

The children ventured to the Woodland Camp and Amphitheatre to share their favourite books with their classmates.

Thornbury Primary School

The children joined a virtual storytelling session which was aimed at encouraging a love of reading for all.

Widey Court Primary School

Thank you to Mr Bradbury, a parent governor, who has donated 21 books focused on science, engineering and maths, on behalf of Services Design Solution.
