Cockington Primary School

Local artist Nichola Williams visited Year 3 to demonstrate the process of making lino prints. Thank you to Nichola who kindly donated some beautiful prints for the classes to keep.

Eden Park Primary School

Year 1 took to the stage at Brixham Theatre for their Three Little Pigs outcome. It was a wonderful event enjoyed by all.

Eggbuckland Vale Primary School

Year 2 have been putting their practical skills to the test during their wheels and axles topic for Design and Technology, using construction kits to create a product that moves.

Leigham Primary School

Year 4 enjoyed a trip to the Theatre Royal in Plymouth to participate in the Welsh National Opera Schools Concert. They sang along with a fantastic orchestra and opera singers who made the show fun and interactive. One of our pupils was fortunate to be picked to go up on stage and become a conductor!

Manadon Vale Primary School

A group of pupils were selected to represent the school at the Plymouth Primary Schools Cross Country Finals. Each participant performed amazingly.

Preston Primary School

Local cricket coach Niall Leahy was welcomed into school to deliver a 6 week programme to some of the children, who will be learning and practicing the progressive skills of the sport.

Thornbury Primary School

Years 3/4 have been creating some impressive self portraits inspired by Pablo Picasso and his painting Weeping Women.

Widey Court Primary School

Well done to this group of Year 3/4 children who ventured to Staddiscombe for a fun run event coordinated by the Plymouth School Sports Partnership.
